He has also spearheaded several change management initiatives including post-M&A integration and Supply Chain organizational redesign

He has managed global consulting teams and delivered audited annualized bottom-line savings of ~$100 MM+ to clients as an Engagement Lead over the last 7 years 

He has deployed Supply Chain best practices at multiple clients including spend management (enterprise-wide spend visibility, opportunity assessment and sourcing roadmap), supplier management (supplier performance tracking and risk management) and market intelligence (commodity price movements and supply) Santosh has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
