Nova Barnett is the Senior Procurement Officer at the Office of Utilities Regulation in Kingston, Jamaica. In the role for the past eight years, Barnett is responsible for the procurement of goods, works, general services and consultancy services. Prior to her appointment in Procurement she served in an administrative capacity in the Legal and Human Resources Departments.
