Jim Baehr is the Lead for the Sourcing Strategies Group LLC (SSG) supporting the supply management needs of clients in both the public and private sectors. Prior to forming SSG, he was an independent advisor for several years.
His most recent corporate roles were as Vice President of Global Information Technology Procurement for Reed Elsevier, and Director of Technical and Services Procurement for Bayer Corporation. Baehr has extensive experience in senior management positions and an accomplished career in sales.

Sharon Barnes, CEBS, is the HR Strategic Solutions Manager at Xchanging where she works with clients to develop and deliver Human Resources category strategies that create value for clients. Sharon has more than 25 years of experience in managing and sourcing Human Resources and Employee Benefits programs. She has an extensive background in employee benefits, global human resources procurement, health care and wellness consulting, account management and sales, global employee benefits design and management, and mergers and acquisitions.
Sharon has a Master of Jurisprudence, Health Law from Loyola University School of Law, Chicago, and Bachelor of Science, Psychology from University of Illinois at Chicago. Nova Barnett is the Senior Procurement Officer at the Office of Utilities Regulation in Kingston, Jamaica. In the role for the past eight years, Barnett is responsible for the procurement of goods, works, general services and consultancy services. Prior to her appointment in Procurement she served in an administrative capacity in the Legal and Human Resources Departments. Barnett is a Certified Procurement Professional and holds a BSc Degree in International Relations from the University of the West Indies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Training from the Vocational Training Development Institute (VTDI). She has served as a volunteer Teacher in the Adult Literacy Programme in her country.
