Crystal Jones is the Director of Marketing at The Mpower Group (TMG). She has over 12 years of experience specializing in B2B marketing. Crystal is actively involved in the Business Marketing Association (BMA) and has her Master’s Degree in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University.
Tracy Joshua joined Kellogg in 2014 as the Vice President, Procurement Indirect. In this role, Tracy is a member of the North America leadership team and she is responsible for leading Strategic Sourcing efforts as well as procuring indirect goods and services estimated at $3 billion.
Prior to joining Kellogg, Tracy was appointed to serve as the Chief Procurement and Logistics Officer for Detroit Public Schools (DPS) where she led and implemented turnaround strategies with a focus on strategic sourcing, supply chain, inventory management, quality, supplier relationship management and scorecard metrics aligned with State and Federal regulations. During Tracy’s leadership, the Procurement organization delivered first-time cost savings -- while under emergency management – as well as improved quality, procurement, logistics and inventory processes while increasing service delivery. DPS was removed from high-risk status by the US Government and the State of Michigan during Tracy’s tenure prior to her start at Kellogg’s.
Before being named to DPS, Joshua served as an Executive Director with Bristol - Myers Squibb where she led Corporate Goods and Services and Ford Motor Company where she led the Global Business and Strategy Organization launching turnaround strategies while leveraging global purchases and building strategic relationships with world class suppliers. In addition, she led direct and indirect sourcing organizations including supplier diversity activities.
From 1989 to 1999, she led several supply chain operations at General Motors including Purchasing (both direct and indirect), Logistics, Operations and Lean Manufacturing. In addition, she has also led several start-up operations in Europe, China and South America that delivered global, strategic and innovative solutions.
Joshua is a graduate of Michigan State University where she completed both her bachelors and masters degrees in Supply Chain and Education, Organizational Development and Labor Relations respectively. Joshua holds a second Masters from Georgia Tech University in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis on International Supply Chains. She completed her Doctorate of Management in Executive Leadership (DMEL) degree from Walsh College. She is also a graduate of the Executive Development Program at Thunderbird International School of Management. She received in depth training in Quality/Statistical Process Control with personal tutoring from W. Edwards Deming and completed internships studying the Toyota Production System with certifications in lean office, lean manufacturing as well as Six Sigma. As a leader, she was selected and trained by General Motors as a “Consulting Pair” diversity coach.
As a Director in Consulting Services at GEP, Teja Kappagantula manages complex global consulting programs, helping transform the clients’ procurement organization and operations. He is responsible for the overall program success, customer satisfaction and program savings targets. His areas of expertise include procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing, spend analytics and market intelligence. He helped the organizations in CPG, pharma and chemical industries across the world drive value by addressing various aspects of procurement strategy and operations.
Kappagantula has been with GEP for the past eight years. Prior to joining GEP, he worked at Colgate – Palmolive, Aricent Technologies and HCL Technologies. He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (with gold medal) and a Bachelor of Technology from National Institute of Technology Warangal.
Rose Kelly-Falls is Senior Vice President and Head of Supplier Risk Management at Rapid Ratings International Inc., where she works closely with organizations, helping them develop, implement, and grow their supply chain risk management programs. Prior to Rapid Ratings International, she worked extensively with small divisional start-ups and global corporations including Ford Motor Company and Rolls-Royce North America.
Kelly-Falls holds a Master of Science degree in management from Purdue University, Krannert Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Butler University. She is former chair of the ISM Supply Chain Risk Management Group and currently serves on ISM’s International Conference Leadership Committee (CLC). She was named a 2012, 2013, and 2014 “Pro to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine, as well as honored in 2013 as one of the top 5 female “Pros” in the industry and a “Top Female Supply Chain Executive.”
As a respected member of the Supply Chain community, Kelly-Falls frequently presents at industry conferences and is frequently quoted in industry publications. Currently, she serves on the Board of Alumni for the Krannert School of Management-Purdue University, and teaches at the University of Indianapolis Graduate School Of Business.

Jim Kiser is a Director at GEP and manages large-scale procurement transformation engagements. He is a subject matter expert for several indirect spend categories including Technology and HR Services.
With over 13 years of experience, Jim has led global direct and indirect procurement cost management programs. He brings broad industry knowledge and global experience. His areas of expertise include tactical and strategic category sourcing, shared service model design, cross-functional team collaboration, supplier relationship management, organizational change management and procurement negotiation skills enhancement.
Prior to joining GEP, Jim served as a Partner & VP of Operations with ADR North America in Ann Arbor MI for over 10 years. He also worked in supply chain advisory management for Ernst & Young Advisory and IBM. He also has significant industry experience working in sectors including CPG, Financial Services, Food and Pharmaceutical. Jim has earned a Communications/Marketing degree from Michigan State University. He has published several articles in areas such as risk management, managing centralized/decentralized procurement and best practices in project cost management.
