As Vice President, Corporate Development at Zycus, Waugh leads strategic initiatives in the areas of new product introduction, market development, thought leadership, analyst relations, and strategic partner development programs.
Waugh has an extensive background in B2B E-Commerce, going back to his early career at GE, where he helped launch GE'S Trading Process Network (TPN), the first online Marketplace for Sourcing and Procurement in the mid 1990s. He was Co-founder of B2eMarkets, one of the first SaaS (Software as a Service) Sourcing Suite providers and later covered the Supply Management market as an Industry Analyst for the Aberdeen Group.
Prior to joining Zycus, he helped bring to market new innovations in P2P (Procure-to-Pay), helping global clients achieve world-class P2P system adoption and performance.
Richard has a BA from Wake Forest University and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) executive training.
Sean Windle is a lead business research analyst for IBISWorld’s procurement division, which specializes in market research that encompasses price trends, major suppliers, supply chain risks and more. David S. Yin is an Associate Consultant with GEP, based in Clark, N.J. In this role, he focuses on delivering concrete solutions across clients’ procurement functions, and is currently engaged with driving strategic initiatives across the North American procurement operations of a Fortune 100 company.
Prior to joining GEP, Yin worked at a boutique investment consultancy, coordinating with investors and conducting in-depth financial analyses. He also helped manage a student-led real-money investment portfolio, achieving substantial gains during the process. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with concentrations in Finance and Operations, cum laude, from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
