Thursday, September 21. 12noon to 2:00pm. ISM- Delaware Luncheon Meeting. “Strategic Planning 101”  2 CEH

With organizations changing ( like DowDuPont…) and entrepreneurs creating new ones, there is a need to understand strategic planning. Robert Broesler, Partner of North Star Strategies http://north-star-strategies.com/ will review a strategic planning process to help participants experience the impact of planning that happens at the “C” level. Mr. Broesler will also explain the unique nature of the planning technology used by North Star Strategies, and how used to align on goals, assumptions, barriers to success, and potential unintended consequences as they develop realistic action plans.

Robert Broesler is a gifted public speaker, facilitator, and teacher. He has over 35 years of experience facilitating groups where he leveraged his strategic thinking and exceptional listening skills. At North Star Strategies, Robert specializes in fostering alignment within, between and among groups.
