This past May ISM-Rochester members had the privilege to tour the 911 Center with Director John Merklinger. This award-winning team of employees serve 84 different public safety agencies and handled more than 1.2 million calls for service last year alone! ISM-Rochester would like to thank Director Merklinger for the tour and would like to thank his highly trained staff for all they do for the Rochester community!
